□ are between the ages of 18-26 ;
□ do not smoke
□ are not married, do not have children or other obligations ;
□ possess a driver's license (or be ready to get one) ;
□ enjoy caring for children ;
□ have at least 200 hours childcare experience (experience with children under the age of 2 is a plus);
□ have completed secondary school
□ speak conversational English ;
□ have no criminal record ;
□ Are willing to commit to 12 months in the U.S.
□ Have not previously been an au pair in America ;
